They supplement the <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/condiciones-compra\/\">Terms of purchase<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/reembolso_devoluciones\/\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/politica-privacidad\/\">Privacy policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/aviso-legal\/\">Legal notice<\/a>, which continue to apply to everything not stated here. Version of 10 September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Who offers the subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ScSocial Media S.L. (OROBORN), with tax ID B-66236969 and registered address at Calle d&#8217;Aribau, 168, 08036 Barcelona, Spain. Any request or query is handled through the <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/contacto-oroborn\/\">contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What it involves<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subscription is a recurring supply contract: every 30 days we prepare and send the contents of the plan you have chosen and charge its price to the payment method you have saved. There are three plans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Plan<\/th><th>Contents of each delivery<\/th><th>Price<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Beauty Ritual<\/td><td>1 box of OROBORN Beauty Collagen (10 vials)<\/td><td>29,90 \u20ac every 30 days<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Day &amp; Night Ritual<\/td><td>1 box of OROBORN Beauty Collagen + 1 box of OROBORN Sleep Well Water (20 vials)<\/td><td>44,90 \u20ac every 30 days<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Intensive Beauty Ritual<\/td><td>3 boxes of OROBORN Beauty Collagen + 2 boxes of OROBORN Sleep Well Water, one of them free (50 vials)<\/td><td>84,90 \u20ac every 30 days<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices include the applicable VAT and shipping costs. There can only be one subscription per order; if you want to change plan, cancel the current one and sign up for the new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Frequency and duration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deliveries repeat every 30 days counted from the previous payment. The subscription has <strong>Open-ended<\/strong>: it renews automatically in each cycle until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no minimum number of orders, and cancelling carries no penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Price and payment method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The first charge is made when you sign up. The following ones are made at the start of each 30-day cycle, using the payment method you saved when you signed up or the one you have updated since from your account.<\/li><li>Payments are processed by Stripe. OROBORN does not see or store your full card details.<\/li><li>We will e-mail you about three days before each charge, with the amount and the date, so that you can skip that delivery if you prefer.<\/li><li><strong>Your price is fixed<\/strong> at the price the plan had when you subscribed and stays the same for as long as the subscription remains active, even if the plan's rate changes for new sign-ups. If you cancel and subscribe again, the price in force at that time applies.<\/li><li>Each charge generates an order with its invoice, which you can view in your account.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping is included in the price of all three plans, within the shop's shipping zones. Each cycle is sent to the shipping address saved in your account at the time the order is prepared; you can change it from <em>My account \u2192 Addresses<\/em>. If you add individual products outside the subscription to the same sign-up order, those products are governed by the shop's general shipping terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the Beauty Ritual and Day &amp; Night Ritual plans, the third subscription delivery includes a box of OROBORN Sleep Well Water free of charge. It is a one-off gift per subscription, which you keep even if you pause and reactivate.<\/li><li>On the Intensive Beauty Ritual plan, one of the two boxes of OROBORN Sleep Well Water in each delivery is free, every month. This plan does not also include the third-delivery gift.<\/li><li>Gifts appear on the order at 0 \u20ac, cannot be exchanged for money or for other products and are not delivered if the corresponding shipment is never charged.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Manage your subscription from your account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everything is done from <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/mi-cuenta\/wps_subscriptions\/\">My account \u2192 Subscriptions<\/a>, with no calls, no e-mails and no notice periods. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Skip this month:<\/strong> postpones the next delivery and its charge by 30 days. The subscription stays active and you keep your price. You can use it as often as you need, always before the charge date.<\/li><li><strong>Pause:<\/strong> stops deliveries and charges until you reactivate it, with no limit on time or on the number of times. When you reactivate, the next charge is scheduled respecting the days left in the cycle when you paused.<\/li><li><strong>Cancel:<\/strong> takes effect immediately. No further charge is made and no more orders are sent. Orders already charged are sent as normal.<\/li><li><strong>Change the shipping address or the payment method:<\/strong> from the same screen, at any time; the change applies to the next cycle.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. If a charge cannot be made<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the bank declines a charge or asks for additional authorisation, we will send you an e-mail with a link to complete the payment. In the meantime the subscription is placed on hold: that order is not sent and no new payment attempts are made without your input. As soon as the payment is completed, the delivery is prepared and the subscription is active again. If the payment is not settled within 30 days, we may cancel the subscription; you can sign up again whenever you like, at the price in force at that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may withdraw from the first subscription order within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving it, without having to give a reason, in accordance with consumer legislation and our <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/reembolso_devoluciones\/\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/a>. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery. To exercise it, let us know through the <a href=\"https:\/\/oroborn.com\/en\/contacto-oroborn\/\">contact form<\/a> with your order number. For later deliveries, cancelling the subscription before the charge date prevents both the charge and the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Food supplements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OROBORN Beauty Collagen and OROBORN Sleep Well Water are food supplements. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. In the event of pregnancy, breastfeeding or medical treatment, consult a healthcare professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we change these terms or the contents of a plan, we will let you know by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, at no cost. The price of your plan is not affected by these changes for as long as the subscription remains active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular by Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
