How to take each ritual
Each box of Beauty Collagen holds 10 vials of 25 ml, one a day. With one box a month you do the ten-day course and rest for the remainder; with three boxes you take one vial every day, without a break. Both regimens are correct: the daily dose is the same —the one in each vial— and the only thing that changes is how many days you take it.
The Day & Night Ritual keeps that ten-day course and adds Sleep Well Water to it: the collagen in the morning and a vial of Sleep before you go to bed, on the same ten days. Sleep Well Water contains melatonin, L-tryptophan, GABA and passionflower; melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.
The Intensive also comes with two boxes of Sleep Well Water —twenty vials, and one of the two is free—, to accompany the daily collagen regimen at night.

FAQs
When am I charged?
The first charge, when you sign up. The following ones, on the same day each shipment goes out. We email you three days beforehand with the amount and the date, so you have time to skip the month if it doesn't suit you.
How do I cancel?
You go into your account, to the subscriptions section, and click cancel. It takes effect immediately and there is no further charge. There's no need to call or write to anyone.
Product is piling up. What do I do?
You skip that month from your account and the next shipment carries on as normal. If you'd rather stop for a longer stretch, you pause the subscription and reactivate it whenever you want. Neither option penalises you: you keep your price.
Can I return my first order?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving it to withdraw, under the conditions set out in our returns policy.
When are the results noticeable?
Nutricosmetics work over the long term, not over a matter of weeks. That is why a subscription makes sense: what counts is consistency. We write to you in week 4, week 8 and week 12 to tell you what to expect at each stage, without promising more than we should.
Are my payment details secure?
Payment is handled by Stripe, which is who stores your card details. OROBORN neither sees nor stores them.
